WHO CAN APPLY FOR E-VISA AND E-VISA ON ARRIVAL (E-VOA) TO INDONESIA


- Foreigners can apply for an Indonesian Visa online by accessing the visa application at [http://evisa.imigrasi.go.id](http://evisa.imigrasi.go.id), completing the requirements according to the purpose of their visit and type of visa, and paying the necessary immigration fees.

- Foreigners can also apply for Indonesian visas for certain purposes directly or through other mechanisms via the Indonesian Embassy in Helsinki.

- Foreigners can have their Guarantor/Sponsor in Indonesia apply for an Indonesian visa online by accessing the [visa application](http://evisa.imigrasi.go.id), fulfilling the requirements based on the purpose of their visit and type of visa, and paying immigration fees.


ONLINE CUSTOMS DECLARATION FORM


After obtaining a visa on arrival, guests arriving in Indonesia are required to fill out a customs declaration form. This form typically includes details about goods, currency, or restricted items they are bringing into the country. The declaration can be completed in paper form upon arrival or through an online portal before arriving in Indonesia, depending on the entry port or airport.

Visit Visa Exemption or Visa on Arrival for Leisure Purpose are granted for foreign nationals at the Immigration Checkpoints as follows:

4. Visit Visa Exemption or Visa on Arrival for Leisure Purpose can be issued accordingly with the following requirements:

a. Passport (diplomatic/official/ordinary) that is valid for a minimum of 6 (six) months,

b. A return ticket or a pass to continue the trip to another country,

c. Proof of payment of PNBP Visa on Arrival of 500,000 IDR (in the case of applying for a Visa on Arrival for Leisure Purpose), and

5. The entry stamp

on the granting of a Visit Visa Exemption or Visa on Arrival for Leisure Purpose will be valid as a Visit Stay Permit with the certain period, as follows: a. Visit Visa Exemption: maximum 30 days and cannot be extended.

b. Visa on Arrival: maximum of 30 days and can be extended once for another 30 days at the Immigration Office in the area where the foreign national lives.

6. Visit Visa Exemption or Visa on Arrival for Leisure Purpose can also be granted for foreign nationals on official visit or government duties to attend international events, for which shall be applied additional requirement: to enclose an invitation letter issued by the Indonesian government to attend the international conferences/trials/meetings.

7. The provision of Visit Visa Exemption or Visa on Arrival for Leisure Purpose as stipulated above applies to other purposes of visit:

3. Business talk

4. Purchasing goods

5. Meetings

6. Transit

8. Visit Visa Exemption and Visa on Arrival holder cannot be converted to another type of visit visa or stay permit visa.
